The Process
- Consultation: An initial consultation in person or over the phone may be necessary.
- Account Creation: We create an administrator account in our online email marketing interface. You will be provided with a username, password and detailed instructions for using our system.
- Online Integration: Code can be generated in our system that can be placed on your website and Facebook page. We can take care of this integration for a small one-time fee.
- Offline Integration: We have options available to help build your list: Email Drop Boxes, Signage, Table Tents, Posters, etc.
- Action: Using our easy-to-use system, you create and send professional HTML emails. We have templates available and can create a custom template for a nominal fee.
Our Emailing System
- Easy to Use: Our online software is easy to use. You can create campaigns as often as you wish! Even setup recurring campaigns and automated Birthday or Anniversary messages!
- Detailed Reporting: After you send a campaign, you can view a detailed report that will tell you how many emails were opened, how many people clicked a link in the email and bounced emails.
- Support: All packages come with 1 month of free support. This is usually plenty of time for you to get a hang of the system. After that, there is a “Help” area should you need assistance. Of course, we also have Live Chat Online and Phone Support available.
